From 5 to 9 September, Royal Greenwich will host five action-packed days of family-focused activities as we welcome over 50 majestic tall ships from around the world.
A host of activities and cultural entertainment await residents, visitors, and the Tall Ships' crew at festival zones in the Royal Borough during the Tall Ships Regatta weekend.
Events will showcase the work of the Royal Borough's artists and organisations with an extravaganza featuring a range of high quality street theatre, music, dance performances, art installations and exhibitions.

To officially launch the Tall Ships Festival, Catalan street theatre group Sarruga present Peixos, a stunning underwater spectacle featuring lanterns and cycle-powered machines.

The Tall Ships Festival will take place over four sites:
Royal Arsenal Woolwich: Head here to see some the largest selection of Class A and Class B Tall Ships, and one of our two Tall Ships Festival Villages with live music and entertainment
Maritime Greenwich: This site will be the location of the Lebara Tall Ships Village, in the heart of the Maritime Greenwich World Heritage Site. Expect to see a selection of Tall Ships, a craft market, a maritime restoration zone, live music and entertainment and lots more
Greenwich Peninsula: See some of our largest Tall Ships here, along with live music and entertainment
West India Dock: Up to 24 of our smaller ships will be located here during the Festival
