Presented by Free Art
Imagine sky-diving combined with water ballet and you’ll start to glimpse the thrilling, emotional world of Voala. In this production, which might have been dreamt up by the Latin American writer Gabriel Garcia Marquez, a chance encounter at a railway station becomes the starting point for a fantastical adventure which sees suitcases abandoned and dancers entwined high overhead in midsummer flowers. Presented by a company of musicians, circus performers, visual artists, climbers and civil engineers, Voala is a poetic and vertigo enducing reminder of the extraordinary which surrounds us everyday.
Please note Voala contains smoke and strobe lighting effects
